You’ll care for a wide range of patients — including those with pneumonia, myocardial infarction, and post-surgical conditions — while playing a vital role in their recovery and healing.

We are currently enhancing our level of care to serve higher-acuity patients, offering our nurses an exciting opportunity to expand their skills and clinical expertise. Our RNs perform continuous cardiac monitoring, deliver post-operative care, and manage complex medical needs with professionalism, empathy, and strong critical thinking. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values communication, respect, and compassion in every interaction.

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care utilizing the full nursing process.
• Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and surgical conditions.
• Perform cardiac monitoring and recognize basic dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans.
• Manage multiple patient needs efficiently with excellent time management and prioritization.
• Educate and support patients and families to promote understanding and healing.

• Current Maine RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certifications are required.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing program is required.
• 1–3 years previous nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Dysrhythmia is preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training is preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
• Responsible, supportive team player.
• Ability to work well in high-stress situations.
