Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for various shifts at a nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in nursing facility settings and be prepared to deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional nursing standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Document care activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Active RN or LPN license (Online License Verification required)
- BLS Certification
- CEU Dementia Training
- Annual Mandatory Training Attestation Form
- Hepatitis B – Series, Titer, or Declination
- Influenza Vaccination
- MMR – Titers or Immunizations
- Varicella – Titer or Immunizations
- 2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON
- Criminal Background Check
- National & State Sex Offender Searches
- EPLS/GSA and OIG Searches
