We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Ortho unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic procedures and surgeries. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Med Surg Ortho unit.
• Assess patient status, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on post‑operative care and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
