RN, Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS/TELE) Lewiston, ME. The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry role in a 24/7 emergency care environment. This position supports patients requiring telemetry monitoring, post‑procedure care, and management of cardiac‑related therapies, including cardiac drips with titration and dysrhythmia care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

• Schedule:
  
  Nights, 12‑hour shift; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
  Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS);
  National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); experience with telemetry and dysrhythmia management/interpretation; experience with post‑op cath care; experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

  Float rotation may be required.

  Telemetry responsibilities include management of dysrhythmias and interpretation of dysrhythmias, along with post‑op cath care and cardiac drips with titration.

Cross Country Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
