Our Director of Nursing in Training (DON-IT) program is designed to prepare the next generation of clinical leaders.

This immersive, hands-on experience is designed to develop confident, compassionate, and operationally strong nursing leaders through mentorship, individualized coaching, and real-world clinical leadership exposure. Qualifications:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, college or university with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. BSN is preferred.

Posted salary range USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
