Description:
The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients upon admission and throughout their stay. Administer IV medications, therapy, and blood as needed. Provide patient education. Document nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses.
Candidates must have previous critical care nursing experience. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. Holiday coverage may be required. The organization reserves the right to cancel shifts as needed.
