Licensed Practical Nurse - Case Manager

Job Title

LVN/LPN

The LVN/LPN coordinates and reviews all inpatient medical records. Actively participates in Case Management meetings. Serves as ongoing educator to all departments.

Education and Work Experience

• Current Maine LPN/LVN license.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BCLS certification preferred.
• Two years of acute care experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $27.00 to $30.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
