OverviewCentral Maine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established outpatient primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence‑based care within a collaborative health system committed to improving the health of our communities.

- Provide full‑scope primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care and health screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on wellness and disease management
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified (FNP or ANP)
- Active or eligible for Maine NP licensure
- DEA certification (or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centered communication skills
