Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• At least 2 years of experience in the emergency department setting
• Minimum 1 year of critical care nursing experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients during admission and throughout their stay
• Administer IV medications, therapies, and blood as needed
• Provide patient education and support
• Document nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses

Compliance / Notes:

• Must not be a previous employee of the healthcare facility
• Local travelers will receive a lower local rate
• Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
• The facility has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Candidate must reside outside of a 50-mile radius
