• Step into patients' homes and deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care

• Provide hands-on skilled care: wound care, medication management, chronic disease support

• Active RN license in Maine
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health is a plus, but heart matters just as much)
• Confidence working independently - with strong judgment and critical thinking
• A natural communicator who builds trust easily
• A reliable vehicle and readiness to travel locally
• A belief that healthcare should meet people where they are
