Manage endocrine and diabetes conditions
Provide diabetes education and treatment planning
Perform assessments, testing, and medication management
Experience with insulin pumps, CGMs, and intensive insulin regimens
Participate in shared medical appointments (SMAs)
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Utilize electronic health record system
