Position: RN - Med Surg
Role Overview: Provide specialized nursing care in a hospital setting, focusing on medical-surgical patients. Responsible for patient assessment, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Work 8-hour shifts with 40 hours per week
