Requirements- Graduation from a state-certified Advanced Practice Program
. - Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA.
- Unrestricted DEA registration and State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
- Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
