• Build domain expertise and a strong understanding of industry verticals.
• Continuously monitor market trends and provide insightful analysis through research reports.
• Suggest trending report titles by tracking market insights across sectors.
• Oversee syndicate and client projects, ensuring timely, high-quality completion.
• Handle pre-sale and post-sale queries, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Conduct pre- and post-sale client calls, KOL interviews, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with the sales team, providing support for ongoing query discussions and project updates.
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and meet revenue goals.
• Interpret research requests, estimate effort, and map out delivery plans.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience:
