The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential to be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, and overtime based on business needs.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, such as during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is required regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed for district support.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment, including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (e.g., dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register); forklift and baler use may be restricted for under 18.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
