Responsibilities- Management:
Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; lead the store and supervisory staff when there is no manager onsite; ensure that store operations run smoothly and that opening and closing procedures are completed. - Customer Service:
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank); handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience; provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching. - Merchandise/Presentation:
Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, execution of displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; support the planning, execution, display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Pay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.10 - $26.10
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
