Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Starting hourly pay rate is $16.00 – $18.00, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training: live instruction and virtual classroom training.
• Voluntary benefits for part‑time employees, including medical, dental, vision, etc.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Weekly hours 5–10, variable schedule.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.
• Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory; communicate with supervisor; respond to surveys; interact professionally with store staff and customers; responsible for entire Hallmark display.
• Holiday support: Additional days and extended hours during holiday peaks; may work on actual holidays or weekends.
• Department resets: Participate in fixture installation, product relocations, and department resets; notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: Support other merchandisers as needed across territories.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day; climb stairs and ladders as needed; work on floor and in back stockrooms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age 18.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
