Shift supervisor, Retail

Position Summary

Shift Supervisor – responsible for leading the store during periods when the manager or Operations Supervisor is absent. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and customer service excellence.

• Management: Work with store management and crew, assign and supervise activities, communicate information effectively.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, address questions and complaints, promote a positive shopping experience, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise & Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise, maintain off-shelf displays, reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Hourly: $18.90 – $27.90 (base hourly rate). Pay may vary based on experience, education, and location.

Estimated 20 hours per week.
