As a Commercial Lines New Business Placement Specialist, you will be the driving force behind growing our commercial lines book of business. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will be the face of Chalmers Insurance Group in the business community, connecting with prospects and centers of influence, fielding inbound leads, and turning opportunities into lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new inbound inquiries promptly, providing quotes and proposals in a timely manner.
- Follow a structured process, including diligent follow-up to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Contribute to improving client retention through cross-selling and asking for referrals.
- Represent Chalmers at community events and networking opportunities, becoming a trusted advisor in the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our brand presence through social media and content suggestions.
- Efficiently utilize our management system, ensuring all client interactions are documented and up-to-date.
What You Bring:
- Licensed Property & Casualty Agent.
- Proven sales success in Commercial Lines.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
