* Work in a team setting to build structural components for offsite construction

* Take measurements and read blueprints/designs

* Connect wooden components and other materials to match design specifications

* Daily use of power tools

* Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors

* Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude

* High attention to detail and strong communication skills

* Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures

* Framing experience is considered an asset

* Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with power tools is considered an asset

* Construction experience is considered an asset
