* Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) following OEM procedures, including refrigeration systems, electrical systems, climate control systems, APUs, heaters, A/C units, and trailer refrigeration components.

• Maintain and repair trailers, including electrical wiring, lighting, landing gear, interior panels, roofs, flooring, doors, thresholds, and tire seals.

• Service and repair tractor-trailer braking systems (hydraulic, air, ABS/EBS), including inspections, adjustments, and component replacement.

• Perform tire services, including installation, removal, flat repairs, balancing, and advanced axle alignments using electronic alignment equipment.

• Receive fuel deliveries, conduct fuel sampling, monitor fuel levels, ensure safety compliance, and complete required documentation.

• Process warranty repairs and claims, including accurate documentation, tagging, parts retention, and claim submission.

• Diagnose equipment issues, identify repair solutions, order parts, and perform maintenance on tractors, trailers, forklifts, shop equipment, service vehicles, air compressors, and other fleet equipment.

• Complete work orders, maintenance records, logs, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

• Collaborate with and support fellow technicians to maintain equipment reliability and operational excellence.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $34.15-$37.65/hour, plus applicable premiums ranging from $0.35-$3.00/hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years' experience in trailer refrigeration maintenance and repair (e.g. diagnostic and component replacement) EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification Valid state-issued driver's license. Brake inspection qualified as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, Section 396.25. Vehicle Inspection qualified as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, Section 396.19.

Preferred Qualifications

Both Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). certification., Maintaining tractors and trailers (e.g., preventative maintenance, repairs), Thermo King Master Tech, Carrier Master Tech or equivalent, Using computer applications (e.g. email, spreadsheets, word processing) ASE Certification
