This position begins August 24th and offers approximately 20 hours per week (with some flexibility), providing essential speech and language services directly on site.

DesiredSkills & Qualifications
- Hold active SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain in Maine
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with kindergarten through grade 6
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track progress
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, families, and allied professionals
- Evaluate and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Provide individual and small-group therapy sessions
- Document and report progress per school and state requirements
- Engage in regular consultation with teachers and parents to support student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
