Communicate with schools, parents, drivers and aides; answer telephone inquiries and communicate on two-way radio;
Ensure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork;
Ensure all vehicles are staffed for the day; assign substitute drivers and plan/schedule routes for special transportation;
Observe and track route timing and assist in developing routes, busloads, and bus stops;
Maintain records and submit reports including billing, mileage, and maintenance data
