Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Transport Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on the pick‑up and delivery of mobile imaging equipment, ensuring safe and timely transportation while maintaining equipment and vehicle compliance.

Equipment Transportation & Maintenance (85%)

• Transports equipment to appropriate destinations in a safe manner within the pre‑determined schedule.
• Sets up and takes down the unit according to van manufacturer’s and company guidelines.
• Ensures preventive maintenance and general maintenance are performed according to government regulations and company guidelines in the most cost‑effective manner.
• Performs pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of transportation equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of transportation equipment, including weekly or bi‑weekly exterior washing.
• Performs monthly maintenance on the vehicle.
• Ensures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times.

Administrative Support (10%)

• Maintains current logs, including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submits them in a timely manner.
• Documents daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on the vehicle.
• Completes expense reports and time reports in a timely manner and submits them to appropriate supervision for approvals.
• Ensures the unit contains current registrations, permits, and insurance documents at all times and assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requested.
• Contacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick‑ups.
• Completes expenses within Wells Fargo and tracks payroll information with ADP.

Other Duties (5%)

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class "A" driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug, alcohol and physical screens.

Preferred

• 5 years of commercial driver experience.
