Home Health Hospice RN

Home Health/Hospice RN provides medical care and support to patients in their homes. focusing on their individual needs and recovery goals. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, providing education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Provides compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families, focusing on comfort, quality of life, and end-of-life support Key tasks also include monitoring patient conditions, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and documenting care provided.

Must have experience in both Home Health and Hospice. Must have current Montana RN license. Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license. BLS
