Production Assembler

Hi-Heat Industries is a manufacturer of silicone rubber and specialty heating elements used in industrial markets. Every order we build is custom, ranging from one piece to thousands, so no two days are exactly the same.

We are looking for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our production team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.

Full‑time position at a 100% Employee‑Owned Company.

• Assemble and manufacture silicone rubber, polyester, and ceramic heaters.
• Rotate through tasks such as winding elements, soldering, trimming, capping, and finishing.
• Use tools and machines like sanders, spot welders, soldering irons, ovens, and more.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Support team goals by keeping production moving efficiently.

• Ability to follow written instructions and designs.
• Good reading, math, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable using hand tools and machines.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn.

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs regularly (chest height).
• May require standing or sitting for long periods depending on the job assignment.

• Starting wage is $17 per hour.
