We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented welders and fitters to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in fabricating and assembling high-quality steel components by welding, fitting, and interpreting technical drawings while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Responsibilities- Weld structural steel components using primarily MIG welders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
Full-time
Starting Salary Range$29.00 per hour or DOE
Expected hours40 per week
Day Shift 2 Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Friday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Sunday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Understanding of codes and standards related to welding practices
- Ability to operate rigging equipment for lifting heavy materials
- Lifting: up to 75 lbs, infrequently, 50 lbs frequently
- Standing:
Ability to stand greater than 75% of shift in an industrial setting - PPE:
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.
