Requirements
- Current Montana RN license required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in Labor & Delivery
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor process.
- Manage labor progression and assist with deliveries.
- Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies.
- Administer medications and perform cervical exams within scope of practice.
- Interpret fetal monitoring strips and prepare patients for operative deliveries.
- Provide postpartum education and emotional support to patients and families.
