YBGR in Montana is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Mentor (TYM) to help youth build resilience, life skills, and healthy coping strategies. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized, compassionate care and serve as a positive role model.
Starting salary range is $16.19–$18.22 per hour, with steps 1–5 on an 11-step pay schedule. You will document activities in the EHR, support treatment goals with therapists, and participate in ongoing supervision and training.
