Central Supply​/Unit Clerk

Buckeye Terrace Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Central Supply and Unit Clerk Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist hospital staff with procurement of records

• Pull charts for Medical Staff as requested

• Assist customer walk-ins as needed

• Cover other areas of the department and clerical area as needed

• Checking computer for record location, purposes of retrieval and filing

• File inpatient and outpatient loose documents in the correct area of the correct patient chart

• File patient records incorrect location

• Sort loose documents into terminal digit order

• Processing expired patient records

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least one year experience in Medical Records/Central Supply

• Must be a CNA

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task

• Basic computer skills
