Geisinger - - Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to maintain safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff;
Enforce hospital rules and respond to emergencies, alarms, and safety incidents;
Direct traffic and escort patients/visitors as needed while assisting with hospital operations;
Operate security technology such as CCTV, access control, and alarms; document incidents and prepare shift reports;
Assist in patient and visitor movement including transfers and aiding handicapped individuals when required
