Beacon Hill in Lewisville, TX is seeking multiple AP Specialists to join their AP department. The role involves processing a high volume of full cycle AP invoices for payment and handling AP processing for POs and Non-PO invoices.
The ideal candidate will perform 3-way matching on POs with strong GL coding, conduct vendor statement reconciliations, respond to vendor inquiries, and maintain vendor records. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
