National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership through excellent customer service and administrative support.
ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our store and services; operate a multi-line phone system and efficiently direct all calls
- Schedule appointments and manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Assist customers with check in/out, and general customer and product inquiries
- Maintain invoice entry processes and support vendors and departments involved.
- Prepare documents for invoicing and credit card reconciliation
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms
- Serve as a backup notary; provide notary services
- Foster positive relationships with customers and departments across the organization
- Support Office Admin and other departments; assist with special projects as needed
- Present a professional image; promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines; maintain a clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of two (2) years of front office/receptionist experience is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Excel, and familiarity with basic accounting tasks preferred - Possess a positive, proactive attitude and strong critical thinking skills
- Collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change
- Light physical activity such as walking and standing required
- May require nights, weekends, and holidays if the organization operates extended hours
- Clear vision and ability to use computers required
