**** Provides support and assistance to senior management that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with teammates and the public, including board activities, presentations, and special events

Job Duties
***** Plans and directs development and communication of information designed to keep management informed
* Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
* Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others
* Handles confidential information and communications
* Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures
* Contributes to any special projects and performs additional duties as assigned by management
* Other duties as assigned
**** Skill/Requirements
***** Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Energetic, quick-learner who is driven to produce a high quality product
* Ability to analyze, research and solve problems
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with many points of contact and all levels of the organization
* Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, as we are rapidly growing
* Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company
* Skilled in organization, prioritization, time-management and attention to detail
* Displays high levels of emotional intelligence, maturity, and professionalism
* Ability to receive and respond to performance feedback effectively
* Creates a productive, collaborative work environment by developing a common vision and setting clear objectives
