Position Summary:

The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project workflow and client satisfaction. This position coordinates communication between customers, insurance adjusters, technicians, and internal teams to ensure accurate job documentation, timely scheduling, and efficient project coordinator. Responsibilities include routing and scheduling jobs, maintaining follow-ups to schedule, supporting technicians and completing billing and collections.

• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Billing and collections
• Customer, adjuster and internal communication
• Coordinate jobs and schedule technician routes from the office.
• Manage documentation ingoing/outgoing
• Ensure accurate job documentation by checking technicians’ work
• Ensure water restoration jobs meet established standards.
• Oversee offsite operations to implement leadership directives.
• Approve fuel purchases for staff
• Follow up on unscheduled jobs
• Complete assigned tasks
• Update spreadsheets

• Education:
  
  High school diploma
• Experience:
  
  Coordinating, accounting administrative/clerical and restoration experience a plus
• Certifications/Licenses: N/A but WRT and ASD are a plus
