Job Description

Addison Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day front office operations and contract documentation in the financial services industry. This is a fully onsite position, offering a long-term contract opportunity within a corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk coverage daily during lunch and scheduled break periods; serve as backup when the receptionist is out of office
  • Scan, organize, and file contracts into multiple internal systems
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts and related documents
  • Assist with printing, labeling, and tracking incoming vehicle titles
  • Cross-reference and verify data and invoices between systems
  • Support various administrative projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional setting
  • Previous front desk or reception experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with office equipment and tools including scanners and fax machines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
