Summary
As part of the Shipping Department, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing new inventory and reverse logistics responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Inventory Oversight: Keep track of office supplies and inventory levels of swag and P360. Ensure timely replenishment of supplies, post outgoing mail, and handle inventory‑related tasks.
- Reverse Logistics: Manage the flow of returned packages, returned mail, and inbound replacement stocking orders. Process returns, salvages, and inventory removals (MIRs) in compliance with regulations; handle environmentally sensitive items (ESIM); and process restock and damaged items accurately.
- Processing Inbound Member Registration Forms: Receive and process member registration forms sent via mail. Scan and digitize the forms for efficient record‑keeping and validate information by cross‑referencing existing data.
- Updating Ancora Batches: Collaborate with the Ancora team to validate and update member information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity and confidentiality.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist the Print Facility with print finishing tasks, perform scanning and file conversion duties, use strong communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders, multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate problem‑solving abilities, maintain an organized approach with keen attention to detail, and proficiently use Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows environment.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Entry‑level experience, preferably with exposure to mail room operations.
Hourly rate: $20 – $22. Position eligible for a performance bonus and benefits, subject to eligibility requirements. Total compensation is based on position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
During the first year of service, accrue 5.84 hours of PTO for each bi‑weekly pay period. Additionally, receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually (full‑time only). Part‑time positions may have different arrangements.
