SSC Signs & Lighting, LLC, a national leader in sign and design, fabrication, and installation, is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in DFW, Texas.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance requests for signage projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal service technicians.
- Manage service orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Allocate resources and dispatch service teams based on project requirements and technician availability.
- Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and client communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, parts procurement, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service level agreements.
- Assist in preparing service quotations, proposals, and project documentation as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of service coordination best practices.
- Proven experience (2+years) in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or construction-related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with service management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in project management or service coordination is advantageous.
