We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, You will be out in the field creating and pursuing relationships, actively opening doors and developing trust with business leaders. You will work directly with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and Hiring Managers to help them attract, assess, and hire top talent. This is not transactional sales.

It is consultative, relationship-driven work grounded in understanding each organization’s priorities and delivering recruiting solutions that support long-term growth.

We partner with organizations that care deeply about who they hire and how they build teams. Our work sits at the intersection of people, performance, and growth. If you are energized by conversations about leadership, culture, and long-term impact, this role will feel natural.

Role Responsibilities
  • Build and execute outbound and inbound business development strategies focused on talent acquisition and recruiting services
  • Engage senior leaders in consultative conversations around hiring needs, team structure, and growth plans
  • Clearly articulate the value of a thoughtful, relationship-based recruiting approach
  • Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through agreement execution
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong handoff and client experience
  • Maintain long-term relationships and transition new clients to account management partners
