The Opportunity

* Independently interfacing with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate analysis that drive business objectives and targets
* Performing analysis to drive change within the business
* Identifying, quantifying and proposing risk/reward trade-off of recommendations
* Developing strategy and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results
* Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data
* Providing analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations
* Leading analytics projects which require technical sophistication and the ability to  navigate ambiguity
* Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
* Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion### The Skills You Bring EXPERIENCE
* 3+ years experience in a similar analytics position required
* High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in relate field preferred
* Banking, financial services, and/or analytic experience preferred
