As our project volume grows, we are adding a Superintendent to support our field operations and work in close partnership with a Field Project Manager and leadership team.

As a Superintendent at Waterton, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of projects in the field. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on production, coordination, safety, and quality. You will work directly with a Field Project Manager, who provides project oversight and support, while you own the job site, crews, and daily execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
- Execute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project Manager
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
- Monitor quality and ensure work meets Waterton standards and specifications
- Identify issues early and communicate proactively with the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and job site documentation
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to plan
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping, or exterior construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, crew management, and job site logistics
- Ability to manage multiple scopes and trades on active job sites
- Takes pride in running organized, professional, and safe job sites
- Works well within a structured PM/Superintendent model
- Clear communicator who raises issues early and is solutions‑focused
- Respected by crews for consistency, fairness, and leadership
- Comfortable working in the field every day

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
