The estimator will collect historical cost data, consult with clients, vendors and internal teams to prepare accurate estimates for HVAC construction, service, and maintenance projects.
You will analyze blueprints, perform takeoffs, prepare scope letters and proposals, and assist project managers with pricing changes while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
