Senior Estimator

The Colony, TX 75056
Compensation: $110,000-$150,000
Must-Haves:- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Strong quantity takeoff and quantity survey experience
- Experience soliciting and leveling subcontractor/vendor bids
- Ability to identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risk factors
- Experience developing conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications
- Experience developing project schedules, crew productions, and durations
- Proficiency with:
- Timberline (Estimating Extended)
- On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Procore
- Microsoft Project
- Excel & Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage large, complex estimates independently
- Design-Build project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
- Conceptual estimating experience
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, restaurant, food service, warehouse, and renovation projects
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Responsible for preparing detailed and accurate construction estimates from concept through bid completion. Leads quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, bid leveling, scope analysis, budget development, and proposal strategy while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to deliver competitive and complete project proposals.
