Project Scheduler

The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.

• Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedule.
• Create work breakdown structures.
• Develop Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Review critical path, cost loading, and schedule content.
• Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones within the project work schedule.
• Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
• QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
• Prepare reports as directed by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a business‑related field.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Construction Scheduler.
• Experience in Microsoft Project preferred.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience may satisfy requirements.

• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong problem‐identification, analysis, and solution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and a capable team player.
• Professional interaction with employees at all levels, vendors, and clients.

Up to 50% travel may be required.

General work environment includes extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Work is conducted primarily indoors but may involve varying conditions such as fluorescent lighting, air conditioning, and low to medium noise levels; job sites may be louder.

Salary range depends on location, experience, skills, and education. Candidates qualify for a pay range that meets the specified qualifications and requirements listed in this description.
