In-office hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexible schedule required; shifts may occur between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekends and holidays. Benefits:

We are currently hiring a full-time Water Damage Restoration Coordinator to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during emergencies, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate, professional customer service to homeowners in distress
- Answer incoming calls and help educate clients on the restoration process
- Dispatch technicians to new jobs and manage active job schedules
- Coordinate and adjust daily schedules for field technicians
- Work closely with the Mitigation Manager and Mitigation Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively
- Build rapport with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the process
- Support weekend shifts (8 AM – 5 PM) or participate in rotating shift schedules
- A positive attitude and strong desire to help others during challenging situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or restoration is a plus, but not required
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Coordinator is required, with a strong background in water mitigation and construction.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
- Availability to work weekends (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is required, with flexibility for rotating shifts.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by emergency service needs. Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
