Client Service Representative – Annual Reports
Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
We are hiring a Client Service Representative for our Annual Report Prep & File team. You’ll work directly with our clients (other companies) and teams at CSC to provide solutions that help their business run smoother and smarter. Our client service professionals are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. We provide training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns.
- Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents.
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronically.
- Provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients.
- Manage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and document retrieval.
- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.
- Recommend process improvements where applicable.
- Maintain and grow existing client business by offering outstanding service and proactively recommending appropriate services.
- At least 5 years of experience in business‑to‑business customer service or administrative roles.
- Energetic self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong research skills.
- Strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. On‑site residency or local time zone may be required based on business need.
