Responsibilities
  • Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Maintain the checkout area, including handling merchandise and performing safety sweeps.
  • Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and different membership and payment types.
  • Promote Sam's Club products, services, and self‑service technology.
  • Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and provide assistance with purchasing decisions.
  • Assist members with locating merchandise, transporting items, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
  • Keep paperwork, logs, and other required documentation up to date.
  • Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
  • Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and rollout training.
  • Identify, report, and correct unsafe situations and potential shrink or damage.
  • Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and recommend improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.
  • Act with integrity, support Walmart’s regenerative goals, and contribute to a culture of belonging and teamwork.
  • Serve customers and members by putting the customer first and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Strive for excellence by taking calculated risks, learning, and driving continuous improvement.
