Service Advisor

National Indoor RV Centers seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between our RV guests and the service team. Based in San Diego, CA, you'll greet customers, document concerns, prepare repair orders, and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair options. You will coordinate with technicians, monitor work progress, and provide regular updates and accurate estimates. The Service Advisor reviews finished work, processes payments and warranties, and ensures every guest receives the exceptional hospitality and support that define our customer-focused culture.
