Remarketing Coordinator

Lewisville, TX 75067 (Hybrid 3 days in office)

Role Description:

As a Remarketing Coordinator you will provide quality and efficient service by handling the highest priority tasks related to the remarketing of vehicles on behalf of company’s clients.

You will be responsible for providing superior customer service for company’s Remarketing clients, ensuring efficient process execution, providing reporting and analysis as requested by the client, and handling client performance discussions on a regular basis.

Through the entire process you will be in regular communication with clients, suppliers, team members, and auction personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with client’s, suppliers, auctions, and other team members
• Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs.
• Obtain information from clients, request and review vehicle inspection reports, work closely with auction personnel to prepare and offer vehicles for sale, and complete funds settlement with clients
• Verify book value based on condition and recommend floor prices to clients utilizing the applicable reporting source
• Ensure that all vehicles are remarketed in accordance to department KPIs
• Complete additional projects and/or duties as requested or required
