Member Assist Cart Attendant

Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternatives; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.;
Provide member service by greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with purchases, processing payments at registers, and promoting products and services.;
Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items.;
Follow company policies and collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other partners; engage in tasks to improve operations and member experience..
